Justin Hayward: Inspired by Nature

Justin Hayward, MFA Painting, New York Academy of Art; BFA Illustration, Brigham Young University.  Hayward has also studied at the Florence Academy of Art and with several renowned artists.  An exhibited drawer and painter, his exhibitions include Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, Washington D.C.; Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Salt Lake City, UT; Springville Museum of Art, Springville, UT; Nicolaysen Art Museum, Casper, WY; Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Salt Lake City, UT; Grand Rapids Public Museum, Grand Rapids, MI; and many universities, galleries, and national juried shows throughout the country.  His awards include: Finalist, The Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition, Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery; Top 25 Artist, Art Prize, Grand Rapids, MI; Wyoming Artist of the Year, voted by TOSCA; and Winner of the 2017 and 2020 Wyoming Conservation Stamp Art Contests.  Hayward has been a full-time drawing and painting instructor at Casper College since 2007.
